Delivery Area

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

10-20 business days from the date your order is placed. Most orders arrive within 12-15 business days.

Processing time: 1-3 business days. After processing, your order ships from our international fulfillment center.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's delivery status.

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@groundrest.com.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver within our estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

High order volume during promotions
Weather or natural events
Carrier delays
Customs processing

If your order is significantly delayed (beyond 25 business days), please contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, offer a full refund or replacement.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified — but you can return it under our 30-Night Sleep Guarantee.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
