We believe in our products. Try any GroundRest product for 30 nights. If you're not satisfied with your experience, return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@groundrest.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive a return label — we will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship the product — pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location
  4. Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Return Shipping

For returns within the 30-Night Sleep Guarantee, we cover return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid return label.

Refund Details

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
  2. We will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice
  3. You do not need to return the damaged item
