Products
- What is a grounding sheet?
- A grounding sheet is a bed sheet made with conductive silver fibers. It connects to the grounding port of your electrical outlet via a cord, allowing the Earth's electrons to flow into your body while you sleep.
- How does a grounding mat work?
- A grounding mat works the same way as a grounding sheet — through conductive material connected to a grounded outlet. Place it under your feet at your desk or beside your bed. Bare skin contact provides the best grounding connection.
- Are grounding products safe?
- Yes. All GroundRest products include a built-in 100kΩ safety resistor that limits current flow. The cord connects to the ground pin only — never to live electrical current. Grounding is equivalent to walking barefoot on grass, electrically speaking.
- How long do grounding products last?
- With proper care (cold wash, no bleach, no fabric softener), grounding sheets maintain conductivity for 1-2 years. Grounding mats typically last 2-3 years. We recommend testing periodically with a continuity tester.
- Can I use a grounding sheet with a mattress protector?
- Yes, but the grounding sheet must be the top layer that your skin touches. Place any mattress protector underneath the grounding sheet.

- How long does shipping take?
- Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days within the US. Most orders arrive within 12-15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free US shipping. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns

- How do I return a product?
- Contact us at support@groundrest.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Science & Health
- Is grounding scientifically proven?
- There is a growing body of peer-reviewed research suggesting benefits of grounding, including studies published in the Journal of Inflammation Research and the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine. However, the field is still developing and more large-scale studies are needed. We encourage you to review the research on our Science page.
- Can grounding cure my condition?
- No. Grounding products are wellness products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We encourage you to consult your healthcare provider about any health conditions.
- How long does it take to feel benefits?
- Individual experiences vary widely. Some users report noticing changes within a few days, while others notice gradual changes over 2-4 weeks. We recommend using grounding products consistently for at least 30 nights before evaluating your experience.
- Is grounding safe if I have a pacemaker?
- If you have a pacemaker or any implanted medical device, consult your healthcare provider before using grounding products. While grounding is generally considered safe, we recommend medical guidance for anyone with an implanted device.
